3. Authorship recognition policy
Regarding the involvement of each author who signs the article, in order to properly acknowledge their participation in developing the research, the journal Textual & Visual Media follows the criteria established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
In declaring authorship, each participant shall indicate the role or roles that correspond to their involvement, according to the model defined in the CRediT de CASRAI.
Authors shall be indicated using the following format: First name, Last name: Role1, Role2. Conceptualization, Methodology, Research, Validation, Supervision, and others that may apply.
The order of the signatures shall follow the SDC approach (Sequence Determines Credit), so that the first author to appear shall be the one who makes the most significant contribution to the research, while the remaining authors shall appear successively according to the relevance of their contribution on a descending scale.
